Took off from Wick 10:06. Reported missing off the coast of Norway on a shipping strike. Warrant Officer Pilot Lewis Clifford Bonathan. Flight Sergeant Pilot Albert Anthony Hemery.(RCAF from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) Sergeant W.Op./Air Gnr.Bernhard Harry Leek.
Flight Sergeant (W.Op./Air Gnr.) Thomas Edward Willey. All four rest in Stavne Cemetery, Trondheim.

No.608 Sqdn lost two Hudsons on this date. AM810 UL-F failed to return from a sortie off Norway. This aircraft took off from Wick 16:16.
P/O John Ernest Wardman(21) MID. F/SGT David Robert Wilson(21). Sgt Douglas Frederick Williams(24). Sgt Laurence D'Arcy Walker(21). F/Sgt Wilson rest in Sola Churchyard, Stavanger. The others are commmemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
